Symbiosis Exercise (Team Bonding)

Symbiosis Exercise is held to evaluate ongoing business threads with a view to reach at change in direction/ emphasis/actions at all levels. These will be attended by all Business Heads, Functional Heads, Business Managers, and Sales Officers. Some other may also be specially invited to attend. Symbiosis Exercise was held in Pondicherry Resort, from the 20^th to 22^nd April 2022.

Financial Training Conference

Financial peril mitigation is the key objective in long terms sustainability of any Business. Finance team of Concrete OEM Plays a key role in ensuring that there are no hidden surprises in financial accounting. To build competency level of this team Risk Identification Financial Training Conference is held. In this Conference various issue concerning financial accounting including ERP, Credit Management, Taxation, Asset Management and Audit are addressed to training, discussed and brainstormed. This test is highly rated by the team as Learning and assessment tool. This Conference also brings finance team across the Company on a single platform in as single location resulting in networking, teamwork and mutual support.  This conference was held on the 02^nd May 2022 .

Essential RMC Training Conclave

All the employees play a very crucial role in the Success of the Organization. Each Plant is a Business Unit and has its own Profit and loss account. Plant In-charge and Managers control all resources like Plant, Transit Mixers, Concrete Pumps, Loader, DG, Quality Lab etc supported by requisite people. It is therefore crucial that they have the right competency and attitude in controlling resources effectively to deliver superior profitability.  Essential RMC Training Conclave was held from 17^th June to 19^th June 2022 to build confidents and workability of all the plant related staff at V7 Hotel Chennai.

Ashok Leyland Training Conference

The training held at our Kundrathur plant Conference hall to train our transport employees and CRM to know about the new features of transit mixers with GPS enabled and how to derive / track the reports of GPS, this conference was held on 13^th June 2022.

KYB –Conmat Training Conference

The Training held at our Kundrathur plant Conference hall to delve about the KYB batching plants and other products of KYB. The Team had discussions on the processes of Batching. Conveyer, Bins and Operational Complexities.  This conference was held on the 18^th June 2022.

Accounts Training Conference

Accounts and Finance team of Concrete OEM Plays a key role in ensuring that there are no hidden disclosures in financial accounting. It was held two times in the same month of June 2022. To build competency level of the team, Risk Identification Accounts Training Conference is held. In this Conference various issues concerning financial accounting including ERP, Credit Management, Taxation, Asset Management, Security level  identifications digital documentation, accounts automation, data backup, software limits and responsibilities of every users and Audit were addressed in the session. This conference was held on the 20^th Aug and 27^th Aug 2022 at V7 Hotel Chennai.

Credit Control Seminar

The accounts conference added value in credit control so needing to be elaborated a continual conference was planned. The Team was to train and know about the credit values and customer value strategies of credit management limitations of credits, analysing the customer, sales understating & collection improvisation, collection methods, KYC handling, Digital currency updates and this program held on 08 Aug 2022 at V7 Hotel Chennai.

Operation and CRM Training Program

The Training Program helps our operation and CRM team members to update themselves and known about the operation strength and weakness. This Program was held on the 22^nd Aug 2022 at V7 Hotel Chennai.

 

Schwing Stetter Training

The Training was held at our Kundrathur plant Conference hall to train about the Schwing Stetter batching plants and other products of Schwing Stetter and thus the Team were able to have a better understanding of the Stetter batching plant, conveyer, bins and other operational difficulties. This Program was held on the 04^th Sep 2022.
